In this two-hour guided meditation you will be introduced to the basics of how to:
create a safe space for your body so that it will allow you to change
become the observer of your spiritual information
understand how your spiritual information affects you
create change in the information as a spirit-in-a-body
create change in your life each day - as above, so below.
continue this process in your day-to-day life to find more love, joy, peace and hope as you walk your spiritual path
Learn to safely find ways to say "hello" to places where you get stuck, trying to make the future safe.
Explore being in the present moment, in your heart and in your spirit body, to claim the aliveness of the living your life right where and when you are!
In this two hour unique introductory meditation, Chuck will draw on his decades of learning and practice to guide us to give attention, to be aware and to let go of those agreements from our pasts that prevent us from living fully in the present!

Rev. Chuck Fagre has been providing spiritual readings, teaching and healing services in Columbia, MO since 2002. While much of his work is in private session, he has also taught classes and workshops and provided spiritual healing services at the Interfaith Center and the Unity Center of Columbia. Chuck is a frequent traveler to the Philippines where he receives and learns spiritual healing from their healers. He is a dedicated learner, continuing his practice each day.
