1 - 2:15 Embodying the Tarot - Moving the Court: an educational and energetic exploration of the Court Cards of the Tarot - inspired by the writings of Vicki Noble, creator of the MotherPeace deck, and the mystical, movement philosopher Rudolf Laban.

2:30 - 3:20 Embodied Chanting Sound - whether song, chant, outburst or conversation - is a shared vibration of the body. Sound is made by moving thoughts, emotions, sensations, inspirations from the abstract of the internal body into an experience that connects one to the external world. Embodied Chanting supports the experience of the whole body's involvement in the act of moving vocal energy within our Selves, our community and with Spirit.
