MOVE WITH VICTORIA

Health comes from practicing the intention of having an integrated experience of the body

By discovering your own subconscious or unconscious ideas about your body, how it moves and is moved, you can make more informed choices and actions.  To experientially explore your habits of thought, attitude, and movement is to open yourself to possibilities of more self-awareness and full-bodied living.

Somatic movement educator and certified movement analyst (CMA) Victoria Day offers a wide range of individual and group opportunities to move and be moved. Victoria’s intention is to support you to live your life more fully and enlivened.
