Movement Fundamentals is a somatic and kinesthetic movement form created by Victoria that explores the underpinnings of all human movement.  It uses, as its framework, a set of principles for observing, making choices about and practicing being in your body in motion called Bartenieff Fundamentals (BF).

Movement Fundamentals can help you be more resilient, grounded, and connected in all aspects of your life.  Movement Fundamentals can help you feel more at home in your body.  Although Movement Fundamentals focuses on functional movement, by exploring this practice you can find healthier connections with yourself, with others and with the world around you.
